Looking for something fun and safe to do outside once the winter weather arrives? Ice & Lights: The Winter Village at Cameron Run is back with some extra precautions in place to keep guests healthy and comfortable this holiday season! Part ice-skating rink, part festive light display, it’s a must-visit event for anyone who loves this time of year!

The main attraction is ice skating, and this year, The Winter Village is requesting you place an online reservation for a specific date and time to secure your spot on the ice. Each slot is an hour long and skate rentals are included. The reservation system allows The Winter Village to ensure skaters have plenty of room to spread out as they slice figure 8’s. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, head to the concession stand just beyond the ice and grab a snack and a beverage to enjoy in one of the heated, covered igloos scattered across a large field. Then break out your phone and start to explore the light displays. Many photo ops await in front of illuminated scenes such as a narwhal and an iceberg, a giant holiday wreath, and a 100-foot tunnel composed of arched strips of lights. Some parts of the light show are even interactive!
